| The MultiFax system in one of the MultiCall family of products. It provides a powerful fax server solution in a competitive price. The fax server can be a stand alone solution or be a part of a unified messaging solution.

- Scalability: Support any required number of fax channels.
- Common platform: Shares the same hardware and software resources with all the other IVR and CTI services.
- Fax and Email integration: MultiFax supports email
services making the users inbox a centralized document and messaging hub. The incoming faxes are identified by their called number and distributed to the users' email according to this
(Fax2Email). Outgoing faxes can be sent by the users by sending
an email with a file attached to the server (Email2Fax). The
server will send the file to the destination as a fax
- Fax on demand: The integrated fax on demand option is used to ask for fax to be sent to any destination. Using a touch-tone phone, the customer can ask for a fax to be sent to every destination.
- Fax Broadcast: Fax Broadcasting provides a popular
method to distribute business and commercial information. A fax can be sent to a list of fax numbers.
The fax can be fixed or flexible with a personal receiver
information included in the fax template.
